A cookie is a small file a site leaves in your browser. Some of them this shop genuinely cannot work without. The rest are your choice, and nothing in that second group runs until you say so.

Essential — always on

These keep your bag between pages, remember which country and currency you are shopping in, and carry you through checkout. Turning them off would break the shop, so there is no switch for them.

• woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart — what is in your bag.
• wp_woocommerce_session_* — your session through checkout.
• solistica_country, woocs_current_currency — your country and currency.
• solistica_consent — the choice you made here, so we stop asking.

Analytics — your choice

Aggregate figures about which pages are used and where people give up. It tells us what to fix. It is never used to identify you, and it does not run unless you allow it.

Lets us measure whether an advert worked and show our pieces on other sites. Off unless you turn it on.

Third parties

• Stripe and PayPal set cookies during payment for fraud prevention. These are essential to taking a payment safely.
• Judge.me sets cookies when reviews load, so it waits for your consent.
• Tidio sets cookies to keep a chat conversation going, so it waits too.

Changing your mind

The “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page reopens the choice. Turning something off stops it from the next page onward.

How long the choice lasts

Six months, after which we ask again. If we change what runs, we ask again immediately rather than assuming your old answer covers something new.
